Beef Shawarma Rice

Easy beef shawarma recipe sliced in thin-cut beef strips with rice and veggies.

Ingredients

Sharwama Spices

  • 1 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoons all spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Marinade

  • 1 pounds beef sirloin tapa cut, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • half of shawarma spices

Beef Stir Fry

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • half of of shawarma spices

Instructions

  1. Combine all the sharwarma spices.

  2. Add the half of the shawarma spices to beef then marinade for overnight. Or at least 4 hours.
