Beef Salpicao

beef tenderloin
cut into 1/2 cubes

garlic
minced

Worcestershire sauce

Combine beef, garlic, salt and pepper in a bow then mix well. Marinate for about 10 minutes.

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

Increase heat to high, add beef and continue sautéing until beef are browned evenly.

Cook a few seconds more then add mushrooms, soy sauce and continue tossing until the liquid dries up.

Add the oyster sauce, liquid seasoning, salt, pepper and butter then continue to cook, stirring regularly, for about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve immediately over hot steamed rice.
