Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a pot and place over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.

Remove pan from the heat.

Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
- This recipe will coat 2 pounds of chicken wings or 3 pounds of chicken tenders or chicken poppers.
