Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

A classic and homemade buffalo wings sauce recipe with the perfect balance of heat and spices.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup hot sauce
  • 3/4 cup cold unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and place over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.
  2. Remove pan from the heat.
  3. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
