Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 2-4 bird's eye chili chopped
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • 1/2 cup green beans cut into short pieces
  • 1 cup thai basil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Over medium high heat, Heat oil then saute garlic and chilies until the garlic starts to turn golden.
  2. Add the lean ground pork and stir fry until it is no longer pink. Add green beans. Continue to fry until the juices and excess oil in the pan has reduced.

  3. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Continue to stir fry until well blended.
  4. Turn off the heat, then stir in basil until wilted,. Serve immediately over steamed rice and fried egg.
