Boil a half liter of water and add the sago pearls then stir gently for about 10 minutes or until translucent and with no white dot in the center. Remove from heat, rinse with tap water and drain.
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Add the sugar and pandan leaves. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolves. Set aside to cool.
In a pitcher, Add 4 cups of cold water, add entire arnibal and banana essence. Mix well.
In a glass, Add sago pearls, gulaman and crushed ice. Pour in the liquid mixture.
If you are going to use ice cubes instead of crushed ice, Just add half of the arnibal in the cold water.
