Beef Shawarma Rice
Easy beef shawarma recipe sliced in thin-cut beef strips with rice and veggies.

Ingredients
Sharwama Spices
- 1 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoons all spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom seed
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- pinch of ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Marinade
- 1 pounds beef sirloin tapa cut, chopped
- 1 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- juice of half lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- half of shawarma spices
Beef Stir Fry
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- half of of shawarma spices
Instructions

Combine all the sharwarma spices.

Add the half of the shawarma spices to beef then marinade for overnight. Or at least 4 hours.
