Skinless Longganisa
A sweet and savory homemade skinless longganisa recipe. Perfect for breakfast with sunny side eggs and garlic fried rice.

Ingredients
- 1 kg lean ground pork
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons garlic finely minced
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Cover the bowl and and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

In a wax paper, Roll 3 tablespoon of longganisa mixture into a log. Repeat for the remaining mixture.

Refrigerate overnight before cooking.

When ready to cook, unwrap the longganisa and fry over medium heat until longganisa are lightly browned and caramelized.

Remove from pan and serve hot with garlic vinegar dipping sauce
